Okie, I'm still breathless from that Diaby wrapper . I liked the fact that we never let off against AZ, even when we were 3 up without reply. We could have won every game [so far] if we played like that. More importantly, it's nice to see most of the midfield back. Btw, what is it with Atelico Madrid, an also-ran, sniffing around Fran Merida? Arsenal should report them to UEFA for unsettling the youngster.

So we travel to Wolves this weekend, they have a habit of starting deep against big opposition then rallying in the dying minutes. We must press them to the end. As for Chelski and Manure, let it be a red draw - PLEASE!

ha ha yeah, Diaby was good. Too bad he got injured today. I'm curious why Wenger left Song on the bench today.

If Merida is smart, he'll stay at Arsenal especially as Wenger wants him to stay. UEFA won't do sh*t I'm afraid and I doubt the club will report it.
We are finishing off the wolves, slowly but surely. 3-0 up, and their manager said they were going for the throat. We've hit them twice on the counter. I hope they come up more. he he This could have been sweeter, but I'm watching it in some asian language, so I can't follow commentary.

We soaked up their initial pressure in the first 20 mins then stepped up a gear. I really wish we would stop conceding silly late goals. Still we are 2nd tonight and giving those around us an almighty scare - an average of 3 goals a game is not to be sniffed at .

Now sit back and enjoy the Manure boys sweating bullets .

Ahh, what can I say about those silly goals? *sigh* The manures will be feeling more pressure than chelski, especially their central defenders. I just hope the ref. will be fair, and not make costly decisions.

This time last year it was virtually over for us, now we are just getting warmed up . Did you notice how shattered Wolves were in the 2nd half? It was the first 20 mins or nothing for them hehehe. I wonder what game plan the Sunderland manager will conjure for us next weekend .

If we stop Chelski on the 29th, it will be a brave soul who bets against us. Even if Berbatov imagines the only teams in the PL are Manure and Chelski (see below)

BBC SPORT | Football | Premier League | It's us or Chelsea, says Berbatov

Berbatov, the 30 mil "striker" who has fewer goals than our Verminator? lol Ofcourse, it's mind games but we'll sneak up on them.
Sunderland, they gave the manures lots of problems, so we'll have to buckle up.
Yes, if we stop chelski, we'll be on a roll. Yesterday, we played without 9 regular players, so imagine when Theo, Clichy, etc come back?

Okie, exactly about Berbatov and he didn’t even play today! Btw, I almost fell out of my seat laughing when I heard an inconsolable manure fan on a radio call-in begging Arsenal not let Chelski to get away with today's "injustice" hehehehe. At least he knows the one team that can stop Chelski . To be honest Chelski were lucky to get the goal that wasn't - Drogs was offside by a Malawian mile. And apart from a few half-hearted attempts by le Sulk (Anelka) in the 1st half, the manure bus in the midfield pretty much contained Chelski.

21 days and counting, Chelski

hahaha "injustice"? more like justice in the way of karma after all those fergie minutes and dodgy ref. decisions at OT. Do you think the Wiley fitness jibe has been having an effect? A draw would have been great, but all the same it's good to be above the manures with a game in hand.
I didn't think it mattered if Drogs was offside as long as he didn't touch the ball, no?
Sunderland will be huge. Lorik Cana is a beast in midfield, so we will have to bring our A+ game.

Lol, it's now about faith. According to the serial moaner, "You lose faith in refereeing sometimes, that's the way the players are talking in there." I can almost hear the Manure faithful murmuring, “Word!” It doesn’t matter that this is the same ref who gave him "Fergie time" when they played Man City. At the time the ref could do no wrong lol. Karma go bite his forgetful a.ss . The argument against Drogs is that he was "interfering" with play from an offside position (i.e. tugging Brown’s shirt) .

You are right, we are in a great position going into the 2 week break - ahead of Manure and if we win our game in hand, only 2 points behind Chelski. Sunderland are a tough prospect, but I think we'll be too good for them - plus we'll have Theo and Denilson back to add pace and guile to our play.
