I dont think it was clever to sell ade. How much would another striker cost? One who is a proven goal threat like ade? mistake! big time...now I'm hearing toure is going...arsenal kama kawaida have opened their summer duka...buy now and get a defender free!
This money will not be spent. Bentdner will be given the striking role and the money will go to pay the new salos for this season. Thats what i think will happen.
As for this new season, alot depends on how we start and where we are when the injuries and the cold kick in around december. Its interesting that in pre-season arsene has been using 4-3-3, I wonder if thats how he will play during the season.

Btw, really laughed when henry said "I would never advise anyone to join tottenham" hahahahaha

Go gunners!!!

There is hope for Gunners now that they have offloaded big egos such as Kolo Toure and Adebayor.

Adebayor is so useless he couldn't inspire a win against the Kaizer chiefs in the recent Vodacom Challenge tournament.

First team test n the big jello is still wobbly. City r going down big.

Woishe ati big egos? I was really sad to see Kolo go. Kolo has been a mentor to many of our young boys. He even had this thing about always being the last to step kiwanjani and you saw that earn him a yellow card once, as he waited for Gallas. This is just one incident...enyewe I will miss Kolo sana.

Wenger as usual is waiting for soko ya jioni. Will be good to see Vieira back though.

Who'z watching The Emirates Cup?

Gunners playing Atletico Madrid.

Rosicky is really back on form, looking great, playing fantastic football. WOW!

Jose'Antonio Reyes, is being booed endlessly by gunners.

@Wantai, habari ya mrembo

I think that was one of the worst moves by Arsene Wenger. In all my days of watching soccer(maybe not enuff), he was the only dude I saw being given player of the match in his debut and deservigly so. Still waiting to see the lineup

If Viera's coming to england, Arsenal will be his first choice. But as you know Wenger has not bought a player back so we'll see. You know Adebayor was sh*t when an injury-plaqued player like Van Persie is the highest scorer with 17 goals. In that sense, I say good riddance.I'm however sad Toure left, but he had out in a transfer request in January so it's only fair the boss let him go.

The boss is looking at the following players:
1. Maraoune Chamakh - striker. He is excellent, young, and experienced.
2. Brede Hangeland - central defender. He is solid in the back.

With Rosicsky back, we have many attacking options in midfield. Wenger has to rotate the squad quite a bit this season if he wants to manage injuries in a better way.

Poor Nasri, I heard his injury isn't as bad and he could be back sooner.
