Love is measurable.Its strength is measured according to the relationship of the parties involved.Parents will have a stronger love for their children than their neighbor.A married couple will normally enjoy stronger love than two brothers.So basically love strength can be predicted more accurately using the nature of the relationship of the people involved.
As God's creation and based on the fact that He created us in His own image,we are graced by His love!

Love is a business deal.

The question in itself is vague, presumptious and misleading because the love that is referred to is not defined.

Love of a woman or a man?, love of God(S)?, love of Science?, Love of Religion?, Love of Knowledge? I remember a philosipher who candidly admitted that he loved words more than he loved his wife; what sort of love are we referring to here?

That's a good question. Jasakwa, what type of love are you referring to? It just occurred to me: one parameter you could use to measure love, is the level of stress/pain one would experience if they could no longer give or receive that love.
