Is idiot the only word you read it that statement? This side of the forum is meant for mature discussions save your fights and unleash them elsewhere. You also need not ask a question that has been asked by others severally expecting an answer or a different answer if by chance it had been answered.

PS. Only thoughtless individuals would ask your type of questions.

BR, that (drawing Karl attention to the love of Christ) was bold, thanks! Equally here, never had idea you are a lady.

Daddy, Real life pain or a cyber pain are all pains. Behind and infront of those cyber words are human beings with feelings. Despite the pseudonyms, many people express what they are and how they see things. When their ways and/or personality are ridiculed and/offend, their feelings must be reached and pricked. Though the application of "idiocy" may be subjective and relative, in my book, one doesn't have to be an idiot to be hurt in the cyber world.

Jasakwa, new role for Karl should he get saved is something that he should find himself. His new role would be important but not for our speculation. He doesn't have to quit mashada.

ATLian, "Why are you the one forgiving him for the pain he caused your friend? Isn't that like me forgiving Saddam for murdering an Iraqi?" Are you sure don't take an offence when your friend or relative is hurt by someone? For me, before I got saved, I used to fight on behalf of others. If a bully bullies an innocent person and follows it by beating the innocent, you could count on me to get involved on the side of the innocent. Now that I don't fight, I need to forgive people who mistreat others for me to shake off ill-feelings. Yes, I forgave Saddam for killing Iraqis. For me, forgiveness is the most selfish positive thing you can do to yourself (See why and how).

OK, assume John Doe comes to your house and kills your entire family, then beats you half to death. How would you react if some total stranger, who has no idea what you went through since he has never even met you, sends you an SMS saying he forgives John Doe. WTF? How does that make sense? You cannot forgive someone who did not harm you directly. By definition of the word, forgiveness is directed to those who have harmed you.

I think it's quite arrogant to sit in the luxury of your house and forgive Pol Pot for everything he did to Cambodia, yet you never suffered with the Cambodians, you have no idea what they went through, and you don't even know any Cambodians!

ATLian, you quoted it, yet you missed it. I noted that me forgiving someone who has wronged others is for my own sake; I noted that forgiveness is "selfish". It helps me get rid of ill-will and a hurting heart.

Someone forgiving Doe for killing my family doesn't mean that Doe will get away with what he has done. If you read the link I gave, you could have understood the fact that whatever forgiveness one gives or receives, the offending party must himself/herself repent to benefit from the forgiveness. If you get the time, please read the link that I gave (don't fear reading, ATLian). There is no point of rewinding the story here.
