In the Bible it is written that whatsoever is not of faith is sin,

If you cannot contain ,Marry( 1 corinthians 7)

make no provision for the flesh to fulfill the Lusts thereof....

Come boldly to the throne of grace( Do not let guilt spoil your relationshiop with God)

Be anxiousfor nothing but by prayer and supplication let your request s be made knownto God.... (ask and it shall be given unto you...ask in faith, ans wait patiently for god knows your needs)

Let not sin reign in your life that you should obey the lusts thereof.. Neither yield ye your members as insturments of unrighteousness to sin but yiield yoursleves unto God ,and your members as insturments of righteousness..


I believe that masturbation is the end action aster a long process that started when you let your mind wander.. eg pornography etc
