Yes! It is a sin. It involves an abuse of oneself. Sexual needs is ordained to be fulfilled by the opposite sex. We read the following in the Bible:

1 Corinthians 6:18Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body.

1 Corinthians 7:3-5,9
The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband.
The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife.
Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.....

But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

I didn't say it was masturbation, I just asked a simple question.

At ten, the men start partaking of her cake but the ladies would some times protect her. Soon after, she is taken out on ‘special missions’. She learns the trade quickly, enjoys the ‘good life’ and winds up a ‘born killer’, in fact her intelligence, efficacy and beauty earns her the code name ‘T’ at just eighteen when two of her horde men got slain in a ‘difficult mission’. At twenty-three she has committed the most horrible atrocities of all time; not only that, she created and owns a couple of other gangs without the neighborhood. The ferocity of her activities grew and she very quickly rises up the ranks and becomes an invisible, wanted living-legend. She makes friends in the highest of places though she can neither read nor write. She is feared by ‘outsiders’ and admired by her contemporaries but luck is loosing out on her and she winds up in a secret police dragnet and brought before the Judge. The case is still ongoing but as fate would have it, one of the jurors deliberating on the case is special; how? ‘T’ nipped this juror’s mum and ‘fell in love’ with her dad, the juror has just learned. Assume you are this juror, how will you be judging T?

...ur conscience should be able to help u judge urself on any matter...
.

Conscience is not 'found' in the gene or coming from ur God or what ever. Your environment moulds you to become what you are. Conscience is a bipolar mutually inclusive virtue influenced and controlled by perception and thought, the former being the more primitive. You can now re-read this untold story

so much english doesnt help. no wonder Jesus used simple parables to do his great preaching. simple. when u r musturbating, deep down ur heart, u knw whether its sin or not. thru prophet ezekiel, God promised that He'd never write His laws in stone tablets again, but in people's heart. so that when u mess up, u'l always b the first to judge urself. "oh God, write ur laws in ma heart so that i dont sin against u". finally, God's law are not dependent on situations or anything. they are just that. from generation to generation, they'l never change to suit human beings.
and man has a choice to do whatsoever that pleases him. but that doesnt change God's laws. there is a judgment day though.

Many Black Africans are ignorant yet fanatic when it comes to issues of God.Your environment make you what you are.You are not saying this out of coincidence but because of the education, parents, friends etc (environment) you've had.I don't need to know you to state this fact

Masturbation is not in itself wrong.

Lust is what is wrong.

So, if you can masturbate without lusting. Go ahead.

Masturbation is sin as long as it is out of wedlock
