I live in Nebraska, and the point Sen. Ernie Chambers was trying to make was that we live in such a sue-oriented society that you can sue practically anybody for anything and since God is omnipresent, He too gets to be sued.

Personally, I think it's one of those LMAOL moments.

we talked about this in class jana and i was like wtf! but he does make a point though, people sue for just about anything and everything, lakini why not if u can get something out of it. ebu pple be careful around me, i need money, lol, i just might sue somebody!

btw, can u sue a jamaa for breaking up with you for emotional distress? next time you get into a relationship, get something in writting, maybe that love letter ati he will always love you and when he decides to break up with you, you sue him for breach of contract and emotional distress, lol!
