The recent astounding discoveries in surveylance technology regarding the micro-chip implantations on people's right hands send shivers and the realisation that the beast is just about to rise as predicted in the bible.


Bibilical prophecy
"He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666" (Rev. 13:16-18).

Islamic prophecy

Ibn 'Abbas, al-Hasan and Qutadah said that "It will speak to them"
(tukallimuhum) means that it will address them. Ibn Jarir suggested that
it means that the Beast will address them with the words "'for that
mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Sings" (al-Naml 27:82 -
latter part of the Ayah). Ibn Jarir reported this from 'Ali and 'Ata' It
was reported from Ibn 'Abbas that tukallimuhum means that the Beast will
cut them, i e, it will write the word "Kafir" on the forehead of the
unbeliever. It was also reported from Ibn 'Abbas that he will both address
them and cut them; this suggestion incorporates both of the previous
suggestions; and Allah knows best.

We have already mentioned the Hadith of Hudhayfah ibn Usayd, in which the
Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) is reported to have said, "The Hour
will not come until you see ten signs: the smoke; the Dajjal; the Beast;
the sun rising from the West; the descent of Jesus son of Mary; Gog and
Magog; and three landslides - one in the East, one in the West, and one in
Arabia, at the end of which fire will burst forth from the direction of
Aden (Yemen) and drive people to the place of their final assembly."

Do you believe in people who see the future?? Of course you do if you believe in prophecy, now picture this, a man in OT times, 2K yrs ago, seeing the modern world, and the modern ways of communicating and interacting, now think of how he would describe that in his own words to his people. Granted, maybe during this time he saw the end of the world, what you dont know is the timeline, if barcodes begin to be used now in our hands or forheads, we dont know how far in its usage the said beast arises.

Again what makes you think, what he saw was not a retina and handprint check, if i saw a vision of someone getting a retina scan, with a fingerprint confirmation, and I dont really know where the scanner is reading I could say the same thing (fore head and hand).

Again, there is a prophet who said he saw the chariot of God in the bible somewhere. Look for that chapter, and honestly tell me whether that jamaa is not describing what in sci-fi is now UFO's.

The reason you are alive 2000 years later is not for you to not see things in perspective after all these years, where you still interpret things on AD 07 mode.

about 2000 years ago?that was too long for any ordinary man or woman to have made such accurate prediction.To talk about having the right to buy and sell with a mark on the right hand..didn't make snese then than it does now.

Jasakwa - unfortunately you missed my point completely, my argument is not that the individual did not see the future, the argument is he/she did, but because of the times then, he could not comprehend what s/he saw, you with me, again the "right to buy and sell" may be confused with "the ability to buy and sell", If the vision was of a modern world, where accounts are operated by the methods I had named then the vision holds true.

Me and you know that before the whole world gets intergrated into the buying and selling using electronice (read barcodes and the like) we still have nearly a century to go, barter trade still exists in many parts of the world, so it suffices to put through these 2 scenarios.

1. Even if the technology starts to be implemented today, and we take the postulate that everybody should be purchasing and selling electronically as per the vision, we can see that we are still way too far to be thinking of Amargeddon - almost 100 years.

2. It negates the argument that the devil cannot own you unless you let him, how come no one has ever questioned how someone can own you by putting a mark on you, If God will save me when and If I ask him. what is this nonsense about getting the mark of the beast, even though you dont want to be his disciples, (free choice)

What am saying is, it is not necessarily that its a "mark of the beast" but it could be indicative of the time period or even millenia which would be this one.

Again, just to repeat, the individual saw the future, but in their own words could not be clear about the explanations, owing to the limited knowledge hence less understanding.

I do not think that we should look at all technological advances with skeptism. We do not want to go back to the dark ages. I am a bible beleing christian and a scientist at the same time. Just be balanced in everything.
