The difference btn pot and cigar is that pot smokers can get high and cause harm to other people. Cigarette is not the same. There's this guy at home who used to smoke pot 24/7 with his pipe. He would become irate very quickly and whenever we were coming from school for lunch, he'd take his huge akalas and aim at us. But he was so addicted to it that the policemen even went as far as destroying his house but he still smoked.

I think beer would make you drunk and make you cause harm to other people too.If they used your logic,beer should also be illegal.You can never compare a cigar to pot.Pot has more advantages than a cigar.List the pros of a cigar and I will list the pros of POT.

Well you can regulate the effects of drinking e.g if you drink, dont drive. But it is impossible to control that anyone who smokes pot shouldnt harm anyone coz nobody would be guarding his sanity.

I heard of this other guy who smoked pot. Next thing he went to his father's goats den, took the feaces and started eating them with cowdung....with goat shiet being beans, cowdung ndio ugali. That's how much pot can alter one's sanity.

even pot smoking is regulated. when they say "Driving Under the Influence", that influence can mean any drug that intoxicates you, be it alcohol, weed, etc. There are some people who have gotten DUI's while being under the influence of legal prescription drugs too.

Also, the numbers of people killed by second hand cigarette smokers is staggering, as are the numbers of those killed by drunk people through car crashes, drunken violence, etc. Pot has nothing on alcohol and cigarettes in terms of fatalities, yet alcohol and cigarettes are legal while pot isn't. Go figure!
