even pot smoking is regulated. when they say "Driving Under the Influence", that influence can mean any drug that intoxicates you, be it alcohol, weed, etc. There are some people who have gotten DUI's while being under the influence of legal prescription drugs too.
Also, the numbers of people killed by second hand cigarette smokers is staggering, as are the numbers of those killed by drunk people through car crashes, drunken violence, etc. Pot has nothing on alcohol and cigarettes in terms of fatalities, yet alcohol and cigarettes are legal while pot isn't. Go figure!
