This religion has too many holes in its history.A follower is told to 'have faith'. Faith in a what? Give me concrete evidence that Jesus was the chosen one and not Njoroge or Ahmed and i will extinguish my doubts.

Jesus is said to be one with God sindio? how come he only performed miracles in Jerusalem and its environs? Mbona huyu mjamaa hakufanya hizo miujiza zake anywhere else?

The theory is that God is everywhere, right? Then Jesus should have been everywhere too while on earth. Sindio? he should have saved a dying man in china, healed the sick in South Africa etc......he was a God's son right?

My conclusion, Christianity just happened to spread coz it was the religion of a dominant culture and people and it was given a boost by the roman empire that concurred lands and converted the so called pagans.

I have always been telling them the same thing. Why is it that a Jewish folk tale is taken as the gospel truth and Agikuyu and Mumbi tale is called a myth? Lwanda magere is a myth, yet David and Goliath are true stories. The chinese have 5k years of documented history, with confucious as one of the preeminent philiosophers, but we are being bombarded by Plato and Marco polo stories and how they discoeverd China! Halo!

I have always had second thoughts about christianity. even thought about converting to islam but i realized if i did so, i'd end up with more questions. how and why did the religion of my forefathers be seen as pagan? and what really defines pagan religion? how come i had to be baptised and refered to with my christian name and not the name my father and mother gave me when i was born. those so called missionaries destroyed my history and replaced it with thiers!

If I understand the bible well, it says this:

The bible is the word. It also says, the "word" is the "light". Jesus then says to his disciples, go and spread the word because I've sent you. He says further that a lamp can not be lit and then put under the table. In other words, those that got converted were to be the word/light and convert more people. So as long as the converted were being the light, Jesus didn’t have to travel all over the world. Even presidents have ambassadors.

As for faith, Even those who sat next to Jesus had to have faith...without which nothing else was possible. So Him travelling to South Africa would have not replaced the need for faith.

ok, how do u know something is true? coz u have either seen it with your own eyes and there is proof if you ever had doubts.

christianity on the other hand might be the so called TRUTH because it was handed down from generation to generation. So, my question is, how do we know the same guy who started writing the bible was not just composing an elaborate book trying to explain things he himself didnt understand. he didnt know how we all came to being so he decided to tell people about Adam and Eve. can u see the similarity with the Agikuyu and Mumbi story? eeh? so lets go on, why are the Israelites the chosen people?? coz the story fo christ revolves around them it is their story!
so why are the Gikuyu the chosen ones in the story of Agikuyu and Mumbi? coz a Kikuyu made up the story! get my reasoning?

Dont get me wrong buddy. before u believe in something you must have proof of it. i do believe there is a Supreme God, that i admit. proof of his existence, look around you; trees, life, water, the Universe, you and I. the list is endless.

but i do not understand why christianity claims it is the only way we can reach Him. if u study the roots of christianity you shall realize that i was used as a tool to plunder and killing during the dark ages. people were forced to believe and so were you and i. we were brought up in a world of believers. we did not choose to have faith. we were forced to have faith and blackmailed with the idea of going to hell if we do not believe.

This is a stupid argument. First you came asking why Jesus never went to SA and I gave you the reasoning. So why do i need to read the bible again? And do you have any prove that the bible was concocted by some man? Show us and we shall believe your reasoning. It is ludicrous to expect us to accept your reasoning without you providing evidence while refuting the bible for the simple fact that it cant be proven.

I keep asking, who is this man that wrote the bible? What's his name? Unless you can prove that, ur is nothing but musings of a confused fellow.

Furthermore you seem like those villagers from a busaa joint who hear rumors there and carry them around as facts without validation. There is a huge difference between jews and gentiles. Gentiles are not jews. Yet that same bible has books on phillipians, galatians and etc. So if it is a jewish book, why involve non-jews? And maybe in your own world Jesus Christ is accepted as the messiah by Jews. Jews killed him for him claiming to be one. So how is Jesus Jews' man? And the same bible involves Pharaoh, an african. Are you saying pharaoh never existed? Are you saying jews were never enslaved? Or are some parts of the bible true and others not? Get out of your intellectual laziness and peruse the bible with keenness.

Gentiles are non jews and of European origin{Caucasians}. africans{Negroes} are not gentiles.
