ATLIAN....My point exactly. Carrying a discussion with TM is synonymous to strumming the guitar to a goat. He / She will copy, paste and never even discuss his opinion on what he/ she copied. Talk of living and dying by google.

@Skeedo
Maybe it simply shows how much I value discussing with you ...... especially considering that it was the FIRST time we met :-)

Teejay,
tafadhali answer the question I asked - would you have killed those innocent infants?
BTW why is it that you can write pages about god, what he's all about, what he wants from us, his personality, his great love, etc, when the topic is something positive about god? Then when it's negative stuff like the killing of infants, suddenly he becomes too complex and we cannot and we should not try to understand him.

Kemi,
you call me a fool then tell me "no offence intended"? WTF? Don't freaking urinate on me then tell me it's rain. Man, like you've been told by enough peeps here, you are in dire need of people skills, since you just cannot converse maturely with people you disagree with without resorting to cheap insults.

>My answer has always been 'I would have no problems in
>obeying God to the letter'.
TM,
let me restate your answer in less PC language so it can fit our current context: "I, TM, would hack, spear and decapitate to death 10 innocent beautiful one-week old infants if my god told me to, regardless of the reason he gave me for doing it!" The really facked up thing is I am not surprised or shocked!.
Yesterday my pal and his wife got their first kid, so I was at Northside Hospital looking at their little 8-HOUR old baby boy who was just so completely helpless that he still couldn't even open his eyes. When I thought about it, I was just happy that this boy was born in Atlanta, not Midian, coz he would have been judged as full of evil by god and hacked to death by the Israelites because his king worshipped a different god.
It's scary to even think that if the same events were to occur now, you and Kemi would view this 8-hour-old boy as full of evil and hack him to death if commanded by your god ONLY BECAUSE the governor of Georgia worships a different god. Man, it's a good thing Sonny Purdue (our governor) is a staunch Christian. It's even more scary that you'd find it justified, and you'd try argue that the kid was full of evil!
TM, be happy you aren't a Palestinian, because by now you'd have blown yourself up to shreds in Tel Aviv in the name of obeying your god.

>Pole, bwana ATLian (I told you before that I never bothering
>reading more than 10-15 sentances).
TM,
I have issues with this:
- You just pasted for us a 3-page, 111-line, 1492-word article that you expect us to read, and you can't read our 15 sentences? Now that's hypocrisy, you don't practise what you preach.
- You always read and respond to those long pro-Christian articles akina Pebbles and TeeJay post. I can bet you that if I was ever to "see the light", you'd devour my postings, be they 1 or 50 lines.
- How do you tell me you didn't read what I wrote, and then you condemn what I wrote in the next line? All this time you've been condemning me bila knowing where I'm coming from. It does now make sense why you have never understood where I'm coming from, since you switch off at the 5th line.
>First, God and only God has the prerogative to decide about
>life, judgement on Earth and there after.
I have no issue with that statement apart from the fact that it takes away our free will. My issue is why god takes the life on an innocent child in a truly wicked manner becaus of something that someone else did. Why does god punish Peter for Paul's deeds? Why does a god who claims to have an infinite love for children do things to them that even Charles Manson and jeffrey Dammer wouldn't do even if they were high on coke?
>ATLian, are you now starting to beleive that God exists, that
>he is a good God and that His Word is true .........and
>therefore now your only problem is that you think that 'these
>examples' are inconsitent with you new found belief ......ama
>it purely throwing stones?
Are you kidding me? Like I've said before - even if you gave me irrefutable evidence that god exists, I'd find it extremely hard to worship him as a good god because of all the attrocities he has committed.

ATLian,
Once again I have to congratulate you for sticking to your 'stone throwing' and 'dust raising' tactics.
Just like in the 'creation discussion', you have similarly evaded giving your input on the 'good-evil-moral law' discussion.
I keep on telling you and bwana Dearth (sp) that its only in mashada where Athesist think that they dont have to explain their side of the coin......thats the difference between 'thinking that you are thinking' AND 'thinking'.

Atlian,
One of the good things with the forum is that I'll speak my mind how and when I feel like. I clearly didnt insult you. All am saying is that I think the position taken by atheists is foolish just as you think our position is 'unintelligent' a.k.a foolish. That's why I said it wasnt a personal attack but an attack on your position. As long as I am a christian, atheism will just remain a foolish and hopeless religion and if saying so is insults, too bad. Gitch?
