Flawless?

With the passing of time, endless translations, cannonizations, do you believe the bible is flawless?

I believe it has SOME errors. There is a verse I was reading in the King James Bible and the NIV, and both translations had just 1 word that was different but it made a world of difference in the meaning of the verse.

Most of us who speak more than one language know some things are lost in translation. I really want to learn Hebrew and Greek and Latin. Not to disprove the bible, don't get me wrong, I believe in it, but I want to see so many things I can't see in English.

For example, a simple chapter like the one where Jesus asks Peter 'Do you Love Me?' and the English bible just repeats 'do you love me?' over and over, while the Greek version asks about the different types of love like:
'Do you agape me?'
'Do you philia me?' etc

It would be interesting for me.

First, the bible isn't flawless simply because nothing is (flawless).
The problems arise from the interpretation of the bible by different denominations.

Take for instance the question about Jesus having brothers.

The protestants believe that Jesus actually siblings: Joses, Judas, Simon and Joseph.

The catholics on the other hand do not. They say that the word 'brother' in the bible refers to cousin and nephew because they did not have a specific word for each of them.
Even in their prayers, they say "..holy Mary ever virgin..".

I'm with the catholics on this one.
