Sea salt is fine and natural oils such as: Olive Oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil. Any non-hydrogenated oils are fine in moderate quantity. Avocado has natural oils as well.

Pebbles, Nibbles, so where do u derive Vitamin B12 from? Be careful, you may later in life exhibit signs of dementia or is it alzheimers? (one of them) purely as a result of prolonged lack of proper Vitamin B12.

You guyz amaze me.
GREENS------>COWS(processed greens)-------->HUMANS
Does it really make sense when you say it's safer/healthier to eat greens that meat.If your answer is 'yes',then you would prefer chewing sugarcane to kulamba a few crystals of sugar.Why waste energy to get energy
@Wantai
Japanese sea weed is the best source of vit b12.I don't know where you get your information about defeciencies of Vit b12.The only defeciency known to date is,fibulation(sp).this literary means,'laughing too much'.I think I can deal with that.
Ma fellow mashadites,as long as you are in this honky tonks countries particularly USA,you are not safe no matter what you eat.If you allow me,i will leak you a few classified information.If you have kids or planning to have kids,this will help you and your future generations.In short,all I can tell you is that,the honky tonks have evolved to another level.

Fresh fruits and veges are excellent indeed. Try the Asian Markets. They are inexpensive and most of their produce is pretty fresh. They sell their tofu and other produce at better deals than you would a grocery store. The cost of food produce in the US is so expensive in comparison to Hong Kong.
