First, I would like to share with you a research that was conducted by National Geographic Magazine. Their findings were reported on ABC world news and of course, published in the National Geographic Magazine, November 2005 publication.

Three groups of people were their subject of study - to understand the reason for their longevity. They were (1) Seventh-Day Adventists, (2) Okinawans, and (3) ME (wink, wink). Go and get the magazine and read for yourself. You might learn a thing or two.
