Actually, EVERY religion is a matter of faith, kwanza BLIND faith, in an unseen deity.

Faith can be defined as "Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence". Going along with that, I DON'T have faith that the city of Atlanta exists - I KNOW it exists since I live here. Similarly Adam didn't have faith that god existed, instead he KNEW god existed and he had logical proof and material evidence of god's existence e.g. god used to talk to Adam on the daily, boot around the garden with him, he gave him the task of naming the animals, etc. Also when Adam wanted a wife, god made him one. Same way akina Abraham and Moses and any of those bible greats didn't have faith, they knew god was there since they used to talk to him daily. Heck, Moses even saw god, that's how tight they were.
If god did those things for me, talked to me and appeared to me, I wouldn't require faith, since I'd KNOW there was god. On the other hand believers don't yet know there's god, so you just have faith.
