ATLian,
I'm not in any position to tell whether that woman is Christian or Muslim. The US has been offering asylum to Somali Bantus and many people claim to be Somali Bantus just to get to live there (one cannot tell most Somali Bantus from a Kenyan bantu). In the early 90's just after the Barre regime collapsed, people belonging to the Mareehan clan (Barre's clan) and Midgaan (a clan that has been looked down upon by the major clans) were being offered asylum in Europe because it was feared that they would be targetted during the beginning of the civil war. Those who were under 18 years old could not be deported at all. Guess what? Almost all the asylum seekers during that time were 17 years old and either Mareehan of Midgaan.
