Obviously both of you have NO knowledge of west african history.

I will now proceed to school yah.

The slaves in West Africa were obtained due to 3 wars.

1. The Islamic onslaught from the north. This was lead by the berbers. They attacked many of the west african tribes like the Yoruba and Dahomey because they were "pagans". The prisoners captured by the berbers were the first slaves.

2. The West african wars. This wars were caused due to the expansionism by several west african tribes e.g. Akan, Yoruba etc. Many were after the highly profitable trade routes that linked africa to the arab world. Others were due to constitution differences e.g. the Yoruba and dahomey who were one people but split because they could not agree on kingship issues.

3. the whites who came in and took advantage of the islamic onslaught and the west african wars by supplying weapons to both groups. This is what really accelerated the breakdown of the situation in west africa leading to the destruction of most tribes.

However, it was the Islamic onslaught that really started it all.

If Muhammed had sex with a 9 year old kid, that is just wrong. If he had slaves, thats also wrong.Jesus never did the above things. So dont compare wat Muhammed did to wat old christians did since Islams claim that Muhammed was a prophet hence he should have been a loving and caring person(more than the ordinary people) which we dont see from the above examples.

hey spairo

>History or no history, I don’t think is ok to use such words
>to abuse other people prophets just for you to expect some
>fame.

I do not expect fame......another fact of life is that if you expect nothing you get alot. I have not abused anyone's prophet, I have merely stated what the prophet did. Perhaps you wonder why I did not use politically correct language? Maybe the word 'screw' drives home the point.

>How on earth did the Mashada moderators allow such a topic to
>be posted just to discredit and abuse Islam?

Could you please explain further how this is the case.......your post here is a fine example of Islam apologists crying islamophobia to everything else not in agreement with their ideology. Fact is, it happened!

>I don’t think there is any Muslim who had posted a topic to
>portray Jesus or any of his disciples of religion mal
>practice.

Because Jesus did not participate in malpractice unlike what you have admitted rather uncannily. And even if they did, christians don't get all hyped up and start ranting and raving.

>I think religion tolerance should be paramount and equally for
>the benefit of peace, lets the moderator remove this topic
>from the discussion.
>For satjai watch your back! You’re not doing any justice to
>your infantile life!

Ok. Now I take that personnally as a threat. Being as it is a serious threat to life perhaps it is right that the moderator should be alerted.

>What happen to Newsweek this week was started by such
>utterance from irresponsible writer and editor.

In reality what happened was ignorance on the part of those who participated. Don't they know that God can take care of Godself, or is that hard for you to understand??? Afterall, they only ended up killing fellow brothers, how dumb is that???

Default Is it an insult, false claim or poor choice of words? - 05-25-2005, 09:12 PM

@Spairo

For you to have a daily peace life, I would advise that:-

1. you allow postings that you consider as either 'abusive', 'childish' or 'useless' to pass through untouched and unread.

2. let Allah handle his own fights, without using human beigns to send his threats. Surely Allah (if he is mighty God) does not require a violent demonstation to prove a point or show his power.

3. since we live in a the earth and not in heaven, we are bound to meet people who will try and annoy us by 'insulting' our belief.....therefore just relax.

BTW, is Koran falsly claims that Christians believe that God-Mary-Jesus are related in a 'sexual-like-relationship' an insult or not? Is the Koran's claim that the Jews believe that Ezra is the 'son of God' an insult or a false claim?

MY POINT, iS satjas posting an INSULT, a FALSE CLAIM or a POOR CHOICE OF WORDS?????

I post the truth for i am commanded by no one to post the truth. Truth is not in the words i write here, truth is in what you feel when you read what i write. One realizes that when one listens to that inner voice that never lies......the soul, that part of you which is truth, God.
