May i suggest a reading of "The Road Less Travelled" by M Scott Peck.
It is the most important reading i have ever done. It mixes Intellectualism with Psychology and Spirituality and makes for thought provoking fascinating reading.
If it were a religion i would be converted. I would be a "Road less traveller" or something.
Seriously it has answered a lot of questions and i landed upon it by sheer serendipity coz it was in a stack of about a thousand other books and why i picked it i don't know. It certainly wasn't for the title which is so generic and un interesting. It sounds like one of those self help 'you can do it just try!' books that i despise so but it is anything but.
