Fully 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger. Even mild dehydration will slow down ones metabolism as much as 3%. One glass of water eliminated midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters in a University of Washington study. Lack of water is the number one trigger of daytime fatigue. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or a printed page. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%. It will reduce the risk of breast cancer by 79%. You will also be 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.

Coke
In many states in the US the highway patrol carries 2 gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of Coke and it will be gone in 2 days. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coke into the toilet bowl and let the real thing sit for one hour; then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes the stains from vitreous china. To remove rusts spots from chrome bumpers: Rub the bumper with a crumpled up piece of aluminum foil dipped in Coke. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coke over the terminals to bubble away corrosion. To loosen a rusted bolt: Apply a cloth soaked in Coke for several minutes. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of Coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coke will help loosen grease stains. The distributors of Coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for 20 years. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric Acid. Its pH is 2.8--an extremely powerful acid. Marijuana is illegal, yet yet Marijuana has benefits.Coke makes shyte loads of money, tobacco is population control that pays for itself. If you try to kill yourself but fail they send you to jail. If i kill you and they catch me( they would never catch me)i'll go to jail. Coke will never go to jail, tobacco companies will never go to jail for killing me with ciggies. They allow you to exercise your free will while buying ciggies, yet when i try to exercise free will in murdering myself i commit a crime. Laws made by man make no sense. Marijuana is illegal... amazing! Some laws are so ***ked up, yet they are needed to uphold the society because most of us are so programed to live in that society. Ciggies kill and i know that, yet i smoke daily, hourly(cept when i sleep)slowly i,m killing myself and they stand by and watch me do it. I am at the top of a building about to jump of..inching slowly over the edge and i am paying them to push me.. How this can be legal baffles even I, the unbafflelable.
Ciggies= population control+ money+ x.. Strange mathematics..queer algebra for their is an unknown

Thanks for the insight. There was a time in my life when I survived on coffee and coke to keep me awake. Thank God those days are gone especially after reading of the coke stories. I will still drink a can once in a while. Hey, life is too short to be cautious about everything you consume.

Im a witness of the wonders water works.There was a time I was chronically ill.As in I could count the days I wasnt unwell from one ailment or another.I got so fed up and since docs weren't helping me I consulted an alternative med practioner so he told me to lose the sodas,meat,milk and drink water like a nonsense well I was a Nyam chom addict,tea addict and I couldnt drink water for the life in me.But since it was one of those desperate times that call for desperate measures I really had to push myself.The results were amazing my health was all of a sudden great in less than a month.Needless to say am now a believer in what they say about water and being a vegetarian.These days I cant drink enuff water Im almost always thirsty.So if u have those health shidas esp those persistent ones that never seem to go away try this advice it works wonders.

I challenge you to try it out if it's a rumour. Remember, sales must be made and profits raked into the uncaring store-houses. The beef industry will tell you meat is safe: it doesn't stop them from bleaching it and then marinating it in dye to give it color, repacked and tossed on the shelf for your purchase. To give it that sharp taste when you roast or grill it, it's the urea that they soak the meat in that those who consume meat enjoy.

I would encourage you to visit a meat-packaging plant and a rendering plant as well and then come back and attempt to "debunk" the alleged allegations. For those who love cosmetics e.g. lip-stick, eyeliner etc.... be informed that the base used in lipstick is from pork fat to hold it together. Hoofs, horns are used for coat buttons etc. The cosmetic industry are thrilled when there is road kill: dead cats, dogs, wild animals etc....it's taken to a rendering plant and boiled for you-know-what! Be informed! They (cosmetic industry) make mega-buck from gullible consumers who are not aware. Buyer be aware!

How on earth do you divorce health from spirituality? A healthy body, mind - will, with proper nutrition, have an elevated spiritual attainment. Where were you when I was giving the lectures?:)
