The church HAS been a WORLDWIDE business. This is not a new phenomenon. It is as old as dirt. Not unique to Kenya nor the third world. Good example mega churches in America that make BILLIONS from people every Sunday.

A few days ago, I thought about Nairobi Lighthouse
I wondered why we had an American evangelist instead of one of our own. I thought about his 7 children, their private education at private international schools, his 2 house help and 1 gardner, his driver and all the people working for him at his church office.
I compared that to a lifestyle of an evangelist here in the states, and it occured to me that he enjoys a much better quality of life by being in Africa.
Is he a genuine messenger of God or an opportunist? I don't know.
