Sometimes I think that there are certain western elements that have an agenda to destroy the CATHOLIC church.

The fact that the catholic church is a very traditional, conservative institution that insits on maintaining the old values makes it a very attractive target.

I am sure that there are child sex offenders in other church institutions like Anglican and Pentecostal.

Chameleon, dont make me laugh. I hope you are not serious when saying that the Catholic church is very conservative. There is nothing conservative about the Catholic church or many others of its kind that have been conceived the pretext of spreading the good news. You know that their main aim to make as much money as it is possible while they continue to lie to its "blind" followers.
Please open your eyes and see the truth. Brothers and sisters, please stop these fantasies, you not going anywhere with them.

Firstly You must also know that infant baptism is wrong.Therefore the catholic church is also wrong.Just like when it forceffully appoints its members to head its branches in celibacy.

Secondly I see no baptism in washing an infant head.If you believe that this is baptism then we might as well say the kid was aready baptised even before it came to the temple... the mother always starts washing the head!!!!!

Thirdly baptism means dying and resurrecting in the lord as a new creature,therefore the kid being a new born is still a new thing without blemish,although it is prone to sin therafter in its life.

it is sad that the catholic church has been such a dissapointment but what i know it's that it doesn't matter what church u go to but the relationship u have with christ. I don't like some catholics who don't accept the salvation message. u got to be born again no matter what.

It doesnt matter what they do in the back room. What matters is the picture that they potray to their followers.

The catholic church is one of the only few christian churches that have remained conservative.

-They dont allow divorce
-They dont support or condone the use of contraceptives and abortion as a meand of population control.
-They dont allow their priests, sisters and nuns to get married

How more conservative can the catholic church be, Mr byro99

In other words you are saying continue molesting those little alter boys.

Go sin the whole week then get into that little box in the temple and unleash all the horrible things you committed.To one child molester who in turn will tell that your sinss are forgiven...whose is he to tell you that.It is only through Jesus that we pray and repent for forgiveness of our sins.

No one is saying that they want to believe in child abuse or rather what believe in.We will continue in the good teachings of the lord Jesus Christ.
As for our brother who talks about 2000 doctrines
it is better you look at it this way;are this wrongs the catholic church being accused of part of the their doctrine?????

You must also understand one thing confusion is one tools darknes(Satan)has always wanted to exercise over Those who aare always wiling to follow the light(Jesus.

I will not advice this brother to go to a particular church but tell him to get himself a good bible and try to understand its contents.After which if you are interested you can do an extensive research.

Anyone ever wondered what happened to the original church that existed before all the new churches and denominations sprung up? Cause i know there were no Catholics and Lejo Marias etc.

....but you also have look at cause of divorce.You cannot continue to keep unfaithfull wife or husband,even Mathew 5.31 says this clearly .It even talks about issuing a divorce certificate.

I dont know if your bible has the above chapter(being a catholic-I suppose) ,but you've got to read your bible every day.

.....and forget about this conservative issue.Unless you are talking about the museum part of the Catholic church of incooporating pagan ideology from constantine dutign his convertion to a christian.

Can you tell me how conservative Catholic is when they released a parallel version of their own bibble in which the ten commandments have been tempered with and instead pritnted contstitution that suit the catholic church and the emporer contantine to replace the commandments.

Of course there is everything traditional and conservative in maintaining the mess,but on the contrary there nothing traditional and conservativein altering the bible in any case this might as well be classified as blasphemy.
