HUMAN CLONING IS HERE

www.sshhh.org...it is already being conducted in some european research labs but,has not been legalised in many euro-countries.here in america in the 'land of the free',it is inevitable that it will be passed sooner or later so people,do you support human cloning?..if YES,expound and if NO,why and to the religious brethren does this mean we finally as intelligent as the ;creator..hmmm

A doctor dies and finally gets to meet his maker. In conversation, he tells God that we humans are so advanced that we can now not only pro-create but re-create ourselves even better than God did. He then challenges God to a contest in building the perfect human. God accepts the challenge and they set out to create the perfect human. Just as they were about to begin, God looks over at the doctor and asks him, "Hey what're are you doing?" The doctor says, I'm gathering sand, and God replies...

"Whoa, buddy..better make your own sand, that's my creation too."

I know it's not funny..but doesn't it make you think?

Well...It's a brave new world out here...

My view, I don't hthink designer humans are a good thing, but I'm very aware the choice ain't mine and there's jack I can do about it....

Most European countries who ban human cloning will allow it for medical purposes e.g. generation of cells to replace cancerous or messed up ones, but that's just the first step.

A wife who loves sex
Never nags
loves to watch football
Has a rear like Jlo
A front like Marlyn Monroe
Never has bad breath ( even in the morning)
Can only have 2 kids and then thats it.
Does gain pounds
Full lips and long eyelashes

Kids who are smart and obedient
hard working
handsome/beautiful

You know how you go car shopping, what if you could do the same for a wife & children: read cloning.

I knew there was something I forgot! Senility is beginning to set in..Of course I support it. Then I wouldn't have to walk around with pieces of paper telling me what my name, address and phone number are.

y5next raises good points, mainframe, even if s/he does not state them outright.

Cloning is indeed going to happen. It is just a further advance in technology, and if it is done ethically, and with clean intentions I would support it.

I do not see how the advent of cloning equates to the death of religion. It most certainly does not.

Like all other advances in technology, cloning will have it's promoters and detractors. It is not going to disappear just because government X says it's immoral and religion Y supports that position. It may go underground, but it will flourish until there is mainstream acceptance. The fact remains that it is an available, useful means to research cures for many ailments. And like many other forms of medical breakthroughs, it will fall into the hands of those that would like to play God. It's too late to debate morality, it's time to set sensible boundaries to minimize this eventuality. As far I'm concerned, those that have intentions of playing God, will not be deterred by the laws of man.
