Last week a lawyer pal of mine came to see me and she had this document with her. A very professionally drafted agreement, well bound and executed by the parties privy to it (her and a certain man).

I am not about to disclose the contents therein but to say that I was shocked is an understatement. Yani they had discussed the clauses and agreed on each and every one of them.The agreement was in triplicate....the works!

The above, is just the beginning in as much as some people would like to bury their heads in the sand. We have lived to see the day.
