Default Too many weaves in Nairobi - 04-21-2008, 07:18 AM

Is it just me or did someone suddenly import millions of bad weaves into Kenya and suddenly all girls in Nairobi have forgotten they ever had hair and are all wearing those ugly things on their heads.

Man, it's disgusting. why can't Kenyan women just be proud of their hair and wear it in afros, cornrows etc.

I have resolved that i will have nothing to do with girls wearing weaves and already 3 have been expelled from my list until they get better hair.

As for Kenyan girls, please style up. stope wearing those strings of nylon on your heads, be proud of your black-girl hair.

You were not born with clothes stapled on your body so how come you don't walk natural then?

Update your settings.. weave-o-mania is here to stay. A weave is like a suruali for me.

As long as a weave is expertly done, there shouldn't be any problem.

weaves- it is a fact that men do not like weaves.
lakini ni poa mutuambieko tu kwa upole.
sasa kama nywele haigrow ,how do yu expect us to know how we would look in long hair?

If it's your woman, then make it known to her that the weave makes yu not feel like giving her a good tyme.
Yu need natural hair n a scalp to massage n not synthetic hair!that's what worked for me!

A weave will only look bad if not well maintained, cheap synthetic ones are a no no and if you leave it on for too long then it starts smelling. Oh and if not done by an expert.
Always use a hairdresser that's been personally recommended or whose work you've seen.

First the lady in african Idol...she can afford a better weave than that.
