I happen to be friends with some arroyo chick who is always inseparable from her friend. I have never had anything but platonic feelings for her. In other words just friends. The chick keeps talking of guys in her life but I never ger offended for the above reason. We are just friends according to me.She has a way of trying to act jungu like bobing her head so that her hair gets out of her eyes without using her hands and she also trys to talk like a jungu. So I happen to go for lunch at our usual place with a jungu chick and she sees us.
Next day I call her and she gives her mum the phone who says in an arroyo accent; wrong number. Apparently the chick in question is not amused if not mad but why?

a man n a woman cant jus be friends...at some point one or the other wil have feelings that are more than friendly. so dnt believe that lie when he or she says "we are jus friends"

I dunno why this is even a discussion point, as far as i know, the friendship 'thing' is usually valid as long as the jamaa is still looking for a way 'in'! WIPER!!!!

Yes! They can be just friends. But it will depend on many things. The problem is that it is difficult to get it from both ends. one party may move close because he/she is scheming.

Yes, they can, under the following conditions:

One of them is absolutely gay, so there is zero chance of attraction.
At least one of them is being delusional that 'they are just platonic friends'.
At least one of them is not aware - like you stated in the question, you were fine with her talking about her escapades, and you were fine and you thought she was, until she indicated how she really felt upon seeing you with someone else.
The two are relatives, and even this has been proven wrong enough times

Other than that, NO, not really.
