Just words
Words create, words heal.
Through the word
The world was created
And without the word nothing was created that was created.
Those who have mastered the power of words
Have mastered a two edged sword.
To fight the endless enemy of our time,
The devious racial philosophies.
To overcome the divisive dogma
And to defeat the racial divide.
Words have healed deep wounds
Words have killed great giants.
Man grows, man withers away
But his words remain.
Only his words have overcome death
For he speaks to give life
He speaks again and destroys a generations.
From the same cistern of the tongue,
Man draws life and draws death at the same time.
That’s why I care not what I see
That’s why I care not what they do
But what they say to me, to my soul.
That’s what I care to protect.
For words can poison my weak soul
And deliver me to Hades,
A place I dread
Words create, words heal, and words kill
Just words!
