Nadia, the main reason why the guy isn't approaching you is that he's just not that interested in you. Or maybe his wife is FBI or something...

There are many reasons for hitting on a guy and the answer would therefore depend on your reason.
If I want to sleep with a guy, all I usually do is tell him so. I always meet such type of guys in clubs, and I just tell them "I want to have sex with you tonight". Works 100% of the time. Of coz it's always after eye contact and revealing your sexy/dirty side. My sexy side is easy to reveal - I have a great body and sexy eyes. If your sexiness does not jump right out of you, work on it (I can't assist there too but there is the net, etc).
I have no other use for men, so I don't know what I would say if I wanted anything else with them.
