My suggestion would be i guess tell her gently.. if you two are really good friends tell her just when you are the two of you, the more people you involve the more embarrassed shell be. Talk about going to see a gyno and ask her if shed like to make an appointment too so you guys can go together or just tell her outright that she should go see one.. depends on how tight you guys are, i bet shed be relieved that yu told her one day coz i bet you shes not aware at all that she smells.. This is really stupid
How can you even imagine letting her go on like that another day. Do you really fear that she will get hurt or that she will get hurt by you? Stop being selfish and help the poor girl out of that shameful life you are keeping her in.

Another lesson from this is that some of you also smell. You cannot notice it coz your brain has been dulled to that particular smell by consitent hammering. Just ask your good friends/lovers if they have ever noticed a smell about you that they dont appreciate.
