<<What are traditional Kikuyu gifts for a girlfriend to give to her man? >>

Now if you know how to brew "muratina", I guess that would do. The invite him plus his buddies. Don't forget the "mirija" - I mean those long straws (sp)

Alternatively you can buy him a pair of "nginyira-aka" popularly known as "akalla".

I dont know anything about traditional kikuyu gifts but as for general gifts here are some suggestions:

-Video game (if he likes playing them of course)
-A nice pair of shoes; sneakers, dress shoes, im sure you know what he likes
-A nice sweatshirt like a Sean John or something
-Cologne
-A bracelet or a nice chain

either way im sure youll do fine choosing a gift, good luck.

@ Africanpride, you must be into older men!!

N-way, there is no Kikuyu/African traditional birthday gifts for grownups. We only celebrate birthday once(when you are born). I have never celebrated mine!!

A dedicated cool saturday evening full of cuddles and smooches. Giving oneself wholy without any reservations. I can't think of a better gift than that.

How about this: Something like a ct 0.20 pencil with an attached rubber to remind him that if he HAS to use his pencil he should not forget the rubber that goes with it.
