I, personally think that the worst lovers are the ones who didn't/don't know how to please you and your body. The best are the ones who understand how your body works and they make it work (if you know what I mean...)
Am not sure I can put a race or whatever on a good lover. A good lover depends on you and how he's/she's with you in bed and not who he is or where he comes from... But I think we find the gentleman (opening doors, breakfast...) very attractive so want to make a good lover have those qualities...and if he doesn't, we sometimes dismiss him even though he probably is good at pleasing us.

Now, now now, did you ever hear of better the devil you know than the angel you don't?? For one an akata will be with you and expect you to get e'thing for him..including charging your credit card for weed, and all that. I am not saying there are not some of them out there. But ask yourself this question, why do akata chicks love their men?? It's coz they don't reason as you do. If they did, then it means they'd be somewhere else. If you met all the wrong men then don't make it look like they're all bad. I donn know how many kenyan men have kanyagad you (as in hurt you), but the reason could be your personality.
