MORALITY POLICE IN ACTION!
Who said what you percieve as moral is moral to everybody else?
Why do people feel they have to dictate morality? People are from different cultures and backgrounds therefore what is moral to you may not be moral to him.
Then again if you felt these two were being immoral why didn't you tell them?
This is a non-issue!
If you do not like how people are behaving in your house tell them. And if he is your buddy, then you have more reasons to tell him how you feel about the his behaviour.
