What on earth (I mean under the sun), would lead a married woman with a beautiful daughter cook for a single dude, wash the single dude's dishes, accompany the single dude to places...while the hubby is watching daily?

Yap, the hubby and the wife live pamoja and seemingly they are happily married (I've seen them hug several times).

The single dude in question is interested in the wife...he told me so.

Take note that these three people; the wife, her husband, and the single dude, are neighbors.

5 possibilities come to mind:
1. Swinging couple
2. Man is impotent for wtva reason (maybe health-related) and they're looking for somebody acceptable to both of them who won't threaten their marriage.
3. Man is gay and has come out to his wife. Lakini they don't want to divorce. This is their "arrangement" for now.
4. Woman is trying to make husband jealous and will ultimately have affair with your friend. Her husband is the watch and simmer type and works for the CID. In 10 years, when he knows of their rendezvous point and is feeling vengeful enough and wants to divorce bila lipaing alimony, he will go and shika them red-handed, halafu incite a crowd to march them to the police station naked, and make sure a cameraman is there to capture the golden moments on tape, all the while seeming cool, calm and collected and provoking the sympathy of onlookers.
5. your friend is delusional. (this one is the most likely.)

This is the possibility I was thinking about. I'm not sure if there is any man of the right mind who can allow his wife get any form of emotional and romantic entertainment (let alone sex) from a third party.

Unfortunately I've never seen a movie or program with this kind of setting. Fortunately I've seen it happening in real life, name of couples and place withheld.

The couples did this to a foreigner (I hope the man here isn't a foreigner). Eventually they got money, bought a benz, and the foreigner was deported. To them they got the money and the foreigher is so far to revenge.
