women can dress sexy for both attention and seduction.
some dress sexy becuase they feel good and comfortable in wateva they are in... irrigardless of the dressing being classified as sexy or not.

On the other hand there are some who like it that way, just sexy and no nonsense from men. these are particularly the married rich spinsters who are usually lesbos.
