Don't say it here. Look for a psychotherapist who can help you deal with the 'embarassing thing' that happened in your past. You're on the right track by wanting to talk about it--opening up and sharing dark secrets with someone is the first step towards healing. I love mashada and all, but people here will tear you up (for fun) and you might end up feeling really hurt about it. So, go ahead and tell it all but make sure to pick the right environment.
