How many times do you visit the toilet at night

Some people lick a pinch of salt after having one beer too many to avoid numerous visits to the toilet at night.A doc recently advised me that people are different some people would only visit once while others will visit as many times to empty their bladder.

Word of advise though swallowing a pinch of salt every night to avoid sleep interruption due to toilet visits places both your kidney and heart at risk.
