I will give you a couple of options I have heard of:
a) A toupe: Fake hair on your head. This is if it's the aesthetics you care about. They look pretty bad and it's easy to tell they're fake.
b) The Hair loss blog which I found via Google search: Hair Loss Information - Balding Blog
c) This company has been advertising on late night TV in Australia 4 forever. Maybe you can find people in Kenya who do the same thing. Apparently these guys have a very high success rate and all sorts of guarantees: http://www.advancedhair.com.au/

Thanks Type R and t.D.A. I was just concerned about my wife as you can see she advised me to cut my head off. But since some chic thinks it's sexy, all is not lost.
