thinking about investing in a Nyumba around my campus. i'v seen students pay anything for a good house thats close to campus. i'l make $$$, sell it after graduation and pay of loans.....

i saw smthing about that on CNN. that its an excellent investment idea coz there are alot of kids wud rather live off campus esp. in dry colleges.
Just make sure its cheaper than living on campus en that the apartments are less than 1 mile or about 15-20 mins walk to the campus.
Also the rent shud include utilities.
