Kuna mademu/machali utoka shags with lousy looks but once they get access to city beauty care products , better water quality and improved nutrition there faces/body suddenly spring forth with glamour.
Do you think people are born with beauty/handsomeness or its something that can be acquired by human effort?

Beauty, i think a beautiful Person is beautiful without any enhancements. You have never kutanad with a katoy and think, man she/he is gonn be something else when they grow up.

Kuna wale watoy huzaliwa wakiwa wapretty yaani unacheki kakishine unawish angekuwa mtoto wako uringe nako.

The enhancements play another role of maintaining that beauty when they start going through some of them natural changes kama ku avoid ma pimples na nini.

Checki watoto wa kiwara jamaa ndio utajua kuna watu huzaliwa na wengine hu-zaliwa.

I say both

Like wanaume said there are those who are just born with it.

Then there are those who acquire it.Money makes the world go round so if you have it you can look the way you want.If you are bald,get hair implants,fat?get liposaction, dashboard chest get implants,stained teeth?get veneers or get them bleached,wrinkles?get a face lift, big nose? ,funny looking ears? surgery etc

But then again beauty is relative.
