If I may opine at what Mzungu and Crazy Boo earlier alluded regarding Amobi Okoye, he surely is a rare physical specimen. I think at 19 he is still growing and by 21 he should fill out nicely in his body frame.

Right now he is undersized for a DT, but there is no denying his raw talent. He reminds me of Okafor in terms of demeanor and a strong family background. Nice move by the Texans especially after last year botched selection with passing Young and Reggie for Mario Williams.
Plus they semad he's been having serious weight fluctuations. It might be a couple years before he can come to a level weight. Texans were the dumbest of all last year.damn!

Default The draft is all over-hyped - 04-30-2007, 10:40 PM

The draft is all a hype , they'll give all those ratings and expectations but the real deal , the truth and nothing but the truth comes when you wear your pads and helmet and as you leave the tunnel the only thing you hear is your cleats speaking the click-clack language . That's when it will dawn to oneself whether you can play or you just thought you could play .

Sema Skeedo,
The east coast is ok, a little cold but warming up. I've been fine, working and traveling and all. Mashada was at the jua kali for a while and I got lazy to try and log in - I had to dig around for my college email to retrieve the new password...

Anyway, Belichick has a game plan. He also signed Dante Stallworth from the eagles as a wide receiver. Am skeptical about Moss but hopefully the maturity in the Pats locker room along with the champoinship ring holders should humble his loud mouth. Brady has a tendancy to spread the ball around and I don't expect that Moss will be the only go to guy. However, he should be able to get quality balls from Brady. All in all it is exciting. Were it not for the useless and worthless receivers we had last season, who managed to fumble 2 TD passes; we'd have made it to the superball.

Tutaona.

I don't get the wild theories with moss...he is no T.O.

and ya'll cannot seriously look at his career with raiders and judge him...possibly the worst team since their superbowl run.

and for a fourth round its damn steal...and if he really was me first type of player, i highly doubt he woulda given up 6mil after restructuring his contract...

plus he already knows NE does not play any of that leave the field nonsense football is real easy to cut a player.

Does anyone seriously believe the nigerian is 19 or whatever they said? Never seen an african, especially west african with his real age on a passport. Eh..hmmm sounds like Freddy Adu who was "15" when the jamaa looked far older than even me. We were told how he'll be a superstar, lol even Man Utd couldnt take him after trials and mind you, those europeans can sport talent in even an infant. Me thinks the jamaa has aged and his potential has dwindled.

As for the Nigerian, I bet he's 25 or sthing.

Is this Okoye related to the Nigerian nightmare Christian Okoye? Remember him? For sho, the guy has talent and room to grow.
