Default Why Can't Mashadites Stay On Topic? - 03-01-2002, 03:17 AM

Seems like a topic name on mashada is rarely ever telling of the discussion going on in a thread. No need for examples but within a few posts, matusis are thrown, arguements break out over spelling mistakes, old scores settled and unrelated side stories take over. Why? If you have no intention of contributing to the substance of a thread no matter how base, why bother posting? I wonder what that says about mashadites. lol I can just imagine a bunch of y'all in a board room meeting or in parliament meeting.

Now imagine mashada without that?.....i dont think so!

I think we should expect all kinds of responses both positive and negative that is what makes us.

lol@xplaya

i will try and stay on the topic. any of the following maybe why mashadites don't stay on the topic:

a) mashadites have taken too much weed to think properly.

b) personality differences - what one likes is not what another likes

c) variety is the spice of life.

d) mashadites have varying intellectual capacities.

its either all the above, none of the above or a,b,c or d. the choice is urs.

Like the other fella said, why would I come to Mashada kama I know I will find all serious fellas or plain upuzi? Its the release we look for after stress or knowing we cant mingle daily with other kenyan wanatis.

like has been said you always have the jokers, liars, wadakus, those with fitina, know it all, and the list goes on here and thats what makes this normal.

ama prove me wrong!

I think differences in personalities and opinions is all good, but I do agree that you can throw in a point out of topic and not get side tracked. Yes differences are good but that doesn't mean we have to go Kuku without a head. We can also write/discuss our differences without having personal hatred. Sometimes matusi is used due to luck of Vocabulary.

It has been the current general trend: - a thread starts, first few maybe good responses and then VENOM SPEWED FORTH, VITRIOL, INVECTIVES, IMPRECATION, INCIVILITY, arguments as thin as homeopathic soup made by boiling the shadow of a pigeon starved to death, poisoned words that wildly fly, malignant-lipped, ‘if-you-can’t- say-anything-good-about-somebody-sit-right-down-here-beside-me’ philosophy, hideous, heinous, Stygian whirlpool. When all this is put together sums up to poltroonery, baseness, effrontery, mendacity, barbarity, atrocious content, execrable and they still claim, “since pigs wallow in their own filth please join ‘modern civilization’”. The faster the wheels of technology turn clockwise, the faster the wheel of civilization turns counterclockwise. Do not be deceived that this trend goes only on in the postings, even in the ratings that most cannot see, you still see this trend. Ingrained anger consumes the soul that relishes in it. I hope that the Mashada bash will be a way to calm anger. My advice is summarized in this poem,

Forgiveness is divine.
Disagreements are fine,
only for those that determine
that a differing opinion can refine
educate, enrichen and possibly recline
as an etiquette of fortitude. True prosperity is that, that can define
the soul that willingly knows when to say, “I am sorry, everything is still fine”.

Uchongwao, huchongewa paa, mlimwengu ukamsawaa.

Quando la risposta non può essere messa nelle parole, nessuno inscatolano la domanda sono messe nelle parole.
