anyway, make sure your friend checks the laws in her area about 'finders-keepers'. if no-one claims the dosh within a specific amount of time then the cops have to hand it over to her. Of course this depends on the honesty of the cops themselves and if they're anything like Kenyan cops.... well :(

You know a good luck comes once in a lifetime maybe your friend didn't realise that his time had come. And he did what he believed was right that is giving it in to the cops it may be was a right thing to do but hey I believe he/she thought that it was a bad thing. To be simple and to the point my thought is that you never know when your luck comes your way!!!! so sometimes you jus wanna risk anything coz HEY YOU NEVER KNOW!!!!!
