why did the chicken cross the road:

PRESIDENT MOI: hio kuku likuwa nataga kuchugua mahali ya jogoo katika chama!

KAMOTHO: kuku ilikuwa inaenda kusalimia mzee!

KIBAKI: the chicken was exercising it's opposition right to unite with the road!

POLICE COMMISSIONER ABONG'O: the chicken was last seen crossing the road to Uganda. my officers chased it and tried to shoot to scare it. but a stray bullet caught the chicken and it died in the Ugandan side. thus it is now a Ugandan problem.
