Heavily synthetic women can be a disappointment "the morning after." The African woman doesn't put too much skin "foundation" (correct me if necessary). This makes her look less Hollywoodean but she'll be that way tomorrow, the day after etc.

back to the topic....AA women certainly are not more beautiful. Beautiful yes, but i think perhaps they fit a certain stereotype (probably not the right word to use). We see them in the news, gossip pages etc and this look becomes normal to us (black or white). When you are bombarded with a certain look you can't help but start to accept what is shoved down our throat as what is considered "beautiful". Anyway, beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder. If you are beautiful on the inside your outside will shine.
I partially agree with you, American Black women are not the pretiest women on this planet.

I come from South Africa, and every man, whether African, America, German etc, first words are "South Africa has pretty women of all shapes and sizes"

AA men say our girls are prettier than their our, and when I was that side, there is very little difference between a good looking South African women and a good looking AA.I agree with you on the point that at a certain point you get used to a certain look, and being beautiful is certainly not enough anymore.

One person did mention the fact that AA chick take better care of their appearance than you average African chick.I was in Kenya last year, and there is some really pretty chicks there, but their dress sense is disturbing.I really don,t know where they buy their clothes, I spotted a serious business opportunity there.

Back this side, our chicks really take personal grooming seriously.

No Bush darling, I was in Nairobi for 3 days, and Mombasa for 2 days, so when I say Kenyan chick have no style, I mean Kenyan chicks have no style. Are we clear?

I am not saying South Africans are better than the rest of other Africans, but you must admit, South Africa is a way better country that Kenya, by far.Funny thing is Kenyans believe that we are on par with regards to economic development and so forth. And the truth is, no we are not.You guys are like 10 light years behind.I mean I just knew I was in rural Africa the minute I landed and saw your Airport.I was like "is this it"

So darling, untill you have been to SA, you will never understand what I am on about!

To answer the stuff in red...
1.I'm not your darling.
2.No one was talking about economy. I thought you were the self-crowned Miss/Mr What Not To Wear??? AKA dressing?
3.I have been there, 5 times.Beautiful, beautiful place but I would never live there in million years. The spewing home of racism and....don't get me started on the street life. We have our issues in Kenya, but most people don't get all insecure just because someone is white. We don't have "white" and "black" suburbs, thanks to hardwork. In simple terms no one gives a hoot. You got the chedda, you live large; you don't have it,too bad.Choose Kibera over Runda, life goes damn on.
4.I don't know what Kenyans think, i know what I think.
5.Keep thinking "Kenyan chics have no style". Again it's humans beings who think

To sum it all up, yes we don't have style, like, the whole damn Kenya. We all live in caves and wear animal skin, yes we worship South Africa, yes South Africa is the safest, coolest, healthiest oh-so-awesome-est country on earth...keep thinking. I'm moving there tonight.I want to become a South African. Maybe you could help me be "stylish" lol.Tehehehehe

No I was not refering to Jaundice, but had no ready answer until now. So I did bump into my pleasure reading material on pharmacologic treatment of malaria.

The yellowing/browning of the eyes in most Africans is as a result of prolonged exposure to malarial treatment drugs (especially Chloroquine and Mefloquine) based. Others are Doxycycline and Primaquine based.

The components of this drugs have a high affinity for pigment (melanin containing structures) and will accumulate in the Retina.

Do the math: How many times are subsaharan africans exposed to anti-malarial drugs since childhood.

Raila's eyes are a good example of such deposits.

I see some in my eyes too.

my friend, u realy r ignorant. yes we know south africa is way ahead of kenya economically but ask urself, wen did u attain independence? was it 1989 or 1990? look at all the countries south of the sahara and look at how they developed after attaining independence. almost 98% have had problems and economic problems in the immediate 30 years after independence. ur country is on the same path my friend. if im not wrong, ur country has a policy of black empowerment meant to empower blacks in the business community, i might be wrong but i read somewhere that in s.a for every white owned company, there must be at least on or two black directors sitting on the board. but realistically only a few anc elites are benefiting from this policy, the likes of cyrille ramaphosa. most white owned companies appoint one of their trusted blacks as directors, buy him a house in an upmarket area and ensure he attends the board meetings, never mind the fact that he might not be understanding wats goin on during the meeting. there was a story by reuters some few years back about a black messenger in some big s.a company who had been appointed a director. it was pathetic to read. the dude was illiterate and only loved the house he had been bought.

mandela promised u pple alot and wen he finally sat on the throne, he realised it was not achievable, thats why he declined a second term coz he knew the masses would soon get restless and demand for jobs etc. it all started to come out during the chaos we saw wen u south africans started beating up the so called makwerekwere. to make matters worse, u now have zuma as ur leader. i realy fear for ur country. during the campaigns, i saw ur pple saying that its only zuma who will give them jobs and ensure their financial well being, i can assure u, ur masses are in for a rude shock and i can assure u in less than 5 years, u pple will be calling for zuma to be replaced. s.a is on the path to self destruction and if i were u, id never laugh at any other country.
