I don't know what our problem is in Kenya. Our bloodshot eyes have worried me for a long time. I have long suspected that something is missing in our diet, and my mind dwells on the fact that we do not like fresh foods - fruit salad, vegetable salad, etc. I think eating 98% cooked food could be behind our red ... sclera.

fyi, sclera is just one of those basic terminologies you learn in high school (or even elementary school in some places). ITS nothing to make u go out of ur way to quote and give a link to a whole page of definitions!
