Is it right to buy your kids mini skirts?

I think its wrong,even for the girls as young as 8-9years.If your daughter is a teen ,its even worse because such out-fits may attract bad people.

Those too skimpy skirts and see through shirts may send the wrong signals specially since now-a-days you no longer know what runs in the head of people. Thus, I also suggest that manufacturers should consider this matter more than their profit.
