Kibaki has done good to keep the run away MPs at check. This must be the fourth bill he has rejected. Kudos to the old man

Means the bill has to go back for debate and voting, we don't have time for that and the next time Ringera will be visiting the parliament, a new team will be in place to investigate corruption and not play pretend...

I wonder if Kibaki even thought this thing through. The MPs intentionally or unintentionally were helping him and his new friend out.

Kudos Kibaki for giving ODM an opportunity to deal with corruption properly. ODM should make Githongo the head of KACC instead of Ringera.
