You are right MUK.
Agwambo, forever payukaring without thinking what he's saying has got himself in trouble now. He thinks this is 1920 where news travel like a snail. LOL I bet he's still shocked that what he said in Kakamega was immediately aired in all corners of Kenya simultaneously. Welcome to the digital age.
Within 24 hours, Raila was busy promising Moi peace in Kericho to appease Kalenjins. One wonders, if Moi has lost influence, why the turn-about within 24 hrs? LOL
Then to make matters worse, he promised to implement Ndungu's report. Whoa talk about a gift bag that keeps giving. Again within minutes, Kales were at it and now they are busy doing damage control saying they will not implement Ndungu. Again, why the panick if Moi is not influential? Hmmm
But the fundamental question is this, what reform is ODM bringing when they are busy recanting on the issues? None!
As I said, Kenya is not politically mature for reform. Kibaki came with all the good intentions, but he soon realized what he was up against and gave up. You cant blame him. We the people are not ready for reform.
In the meantime, Moi is on a roll on this one....mpaka Raila who published a book claiming he orchestrated the Coup is now denying it. Raila knows Moi is the elephant in the room in RV politics so now he's promising us a stupid Truth and reconcilliation committee which we already had at the beginning of Kibaki's term. We've had enough committees.
