When Kenya attained Independence, Hon. Kibaki was among the people who drafted the first constitution of an independent Kenya. We give him credit for that.
When President Moi chose Prof. Yash Pal Ghai to head the constitution reform committee, we Kenyans saw a serious face just like the one we are seeing as he is campaigning for Uhur. It takes a lot of expenses to draft a constitution. Mr. Moi should be ashamed of himself for appointing people into certain committes like the Ghai's and then reject it at the endrun.
This was also seen during the Koech report on Education. If at all Mr. Moi is serious, he should under the powers bestowed upon him, let the December elections be held under the draft constitution.
