One of the best things to happen to Kenyan music is the liberalization of the airwaves because now local artists have many radio outlets. The days of putting up with the redundant, synthesized, mind numbing "noise" aka ndombolo are gone.

Tony Nyadundo is just one of many such artists, here is the video that became the Kenya's anthem in bars, matatus, homes, radio etc.

..and currently Musa Juma plays the best Kenyan rumba - full stop!!
